I like that.
I would add another part that “your goal is your goal.”
Do what you want, screw everyone else. Don’t let them talk you out of your goal.
If you want bigger shoulders, do it.
Want to bench press more? Go for it.
Too often, we let others talk us into changing our goals. I know I am guilty of this in the past. I was doing someone else’s goals since I was told mine were not “good enough.”
How crazy is that? I was letting someones dictate what I wanted to do.
Think about what you want to do and go for it.
Find a way to measure your progress to know if you are on the right track.
Don’t let someone tell you that your goal is not good enough.
It’s your life and your goals, go for it.
